Refund Policy for Digital Services

All purchases are final, and returns are not accepted due to the nature of digital services. Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • If we are unable to provide the commissioned service.

  • If we determine that the quality of the delivered service does not meet our standards.

Order Cancellation

The deadline for canceling an order is 24 hours from the time your order was accepted. After this period, cancellations are no longer eligible for refunds.
